  1. Hey man! Great video, Super information! Quick question though. When starting up do I need to get a company stamp ? Seeing this everywhere but I’m not sure what the craic is.

    1. Hey man, if you are entering into legal agreements etc the stamp would be used in those cases. You might get away without one for a while they cost about 50 quid

    1. I wouldn’t be too up on the laws around crowd funding apologies , surely some. Maybe websites like Spark Crowd Funding might have some details

  2. Hi there great video if I want to set up a ltd company for my own online e commerce business does that mean I would tick the individual box on the A1 form

    1. @Walter Dunphy there are 3 options individual, partnership or body corporate. The question they ask is what type of business name would you like to register

      thanks for the reply

    2. @Run Safe Vest ah yeah body corporate is the one to go for if you are setting up a limited company

  3. Hello,

I’m Moroccan and I am looking for a opportunity in Ireland.

I want to immigrate to Ireland.

It is possible for me to immigrate.

Kindly help me to succeed my life in Ireland.

  4. Thank you for the video. I’m the sole trade and VAT payer already but I need to convert to a limited company – request from my agency. Until now I was doing my accounts myself. Do I register the same as you show on the video? Do I need another bank account or can I use the same?

  5. Great video. Thanks for the information. Quick question – I submitted the form A1 and have received a certificate of incorporation, do I still need to register my business name using the RBN1 form you mention in your video?

    1. i dont think you do,i think he’s wrong on this one. RBN1 is for individual/ sole traders not for a company. I got really confused on this one , but as far as i understand you only need a form A1
